The Cavaliere Ristorante Concettuale project received a silver award at the A΄ Design Awards 2022 & a gold award at the Interiors Awards 2022!

A new Italian restaurant, Cavaliere Ristorante Concettuale gives a new lease of life to the area of N.Smyrni in Athens. A key element of the design is the open kitchen with two central large wood-fired ovens which had to be integrated into the design.  They gain a central prominent position in the store and are clad with golden mosaic giving the store a high aesthetic and refinement. The materials are selected and used in such a way as to create a calm ensemble with a special identity. The wooden flooring is the main element on which the light-coloured wall surfaces flutter, while the golden metallic elements add a purity and a stately refinement. The glass surfaces and the strong element of plants, both natural and artificial, are also a key element of the ensemble.
