XENIA 2024 | ONE LIVING - THE ROCK
Building on last year’s success, Costas Gagos and his talented team presented the new Greek hospitality capsule ONE living capsules – THE ROCK at this year’s XENIA 2024 exhibition, held at the Metropolitan Expo.
The new, larger capsule, with a surface area of 65 sq.m. and an expanded frontage width of 8 meters, offers visitors an unobstructed view and a unique sense of comfort.
Designed with an emphasis on functionality and seamless integration into the environment, the capsule draws inspiration from Greece’s traditional cave dwellings, combining modern aesthetics with elements of natural beauty.

a virtual tour of ONE living, in the first capsule designed and built in Larissa.
BIM CONFERENCE | BOUSSIAS EVENTS
Costas Gagos presented the speech entitled "How BIM Transforms Design Concepts into Production Reality - The case of One Living" at the BIM Conference, held at the Eugenides Foundation.
The conference focused on the BIM method, which is changing the way projects are designed and implemented.
Through BIM, design ideas are turned into reality with better coordination and efficiency.
Many speakers shared their knowledge, highlighting how BIM helps improve construction processes.

The team of Costas Gagos Architecture & Design presented through a three day event the first ONE42 PREMIUM "Open plan suite" capsule showroom as well as its facilities.
Crowds of people were guided inside the capsule learning up close all the functions of the construction.
The event ended in the most beautiful way and specifically with a small private party, where
prominent personalities of Larissa were invited.
The ONE living capsule is the future in hospitality, reserving to bring many alternatives in the future!

The central design axis was the mentality of monasteries, which used to be places of beer production and fermentation. The big Maison&Objet exhibition is approaching...
The exhibition takes place from 7 to 11 September 2023, at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre in the beautiful city of Paris. Costas Gagos has been chosen as ambassador of the trade fair. He will also take part in the Paris Design Week! Exhibitions, hotels, restaurants and galleries will host presentations and proposals of innovative products. There will also be lectures and discussions with distinguished interior designers.
A' DESIGN AWARDS 2023 | ITALY
Costas Gagos Architecture & Design team managed to win a great place in the A' Design Awards 2023 that took place on July 2023 at Como, Italy. Our company was awarded with a silver trophy for the project Zafiri Cava Deli in Zakynthos. This worldwide recognition gave us the motivation to continue working with the same dedication & love for our common vision, successful Design!

The team of Costas Gagos Architecture & Design published in the print magazine Cozyhome, a very summery destination, Oliva Ristorante, in the islet area of Corfu. An olive oil mill used to operate at the site of the project, which became the design axis. The main intention was to incorporate important traditional elements into an ultimately modern space with ethnic and boho elements.
