The KIPOTHEATRO project won a gold award at the Estia Awards 2022!

Costas Gagos Architecture & Design was commissioned to design the multi-purpose venue "Kipotheatro Alcazar" in the eponymous area of Larissa. This project holds significant importance for the region, as it revitalized a key location that serves as a cultural hub, closely linked to the city's artistic and cultural activities. The central space of the project is divided into two levels, with an additional level created by a wooden deck, which is amphitheatrically positioned, simultaneously delineating the boundaries of the square. A key design challenge was the integration of the various dining areas, which was successfully addressed by ensuring a cohesive and uniform aesthetic.
