Costas Gagos Architecture & Design team was commissioned to design the Ola Kala Restaurant in Munich, Germany. This was a design challenge for the team. The space is dominated by both dark and light shades of colour, for complete contrast. A special design intervention is the creation of a central black metal structure, inside which a lush vegetation of decorative artificial plants was created. The velvet table seating beautifully decorates the space. Finally, the hidden lighting of the space gives the feeling of a highly relaxing atmosphere.
