Oliva Ristorante project won a gold award at the Estia Awards 2023!

Oliva Ristorante in Nissaki area of Corfu was implemented in an old olive press. The aim of the design was to highlight the genius loci spirit of the place. The main intention was to incorporate important traditional elements in an ultimately modern space with ethnic and boho elements. A second key compositional element of the proposal was to achieve unobstructed views. The space, following the natural landscape, was arranged in levels, according to both the functions and uses of the store, in such a way that the visitor could have a direct visual relationship with the sea from every point of the space. The owner's intention was to create a space that would reflect a sophisticated interpretation of traditional Greek cuisine with high quality products, attracting many food lovers from around the world.
