The Costas Gagos Architecture and Design team undertook the design of a Wine Bar — Restaurant in Chania, Crete. This is a Wine Bar with history, which was a challenge in terms of its design. The stone walls combined with the metal and wooden materials, give a feeling of traditional mentality. Inside the shop there is a an impressive stone cellar with fine flavors of spirits. The team managed to deliver a modern and functional meeting space, while maintaing the character of the island through the design.
